The founder story
The pattern I could no longer ignore.

I started working in Indian healthcare in 2012, in pharma, in hospital systems, in distribution. Depending on the year, I was in front of ten doctors a week, or twenty, or fifty. Cities I’d never heard of. Specialties I had to Google. Clinics that were tiny, clinics that were chains.
Four years into my healthcare journey, I began noticing a pattern I could no longer ignore.
Across cities, specialties and different stages of practice, I kept seeing the same pattern.
Two doctors could have similar qualifications, comparable experience and the same commitment to patient care, yet their practices looked completely different.
One had a consistently busy waiting room, strong patient recall and a reputation that reached people before the first consultation. The other faced empty appointment slots and gradually lost patients to someone who was not necessarily more clinically capable, but was easier to discover, understand and trust.
At first, I assumed the difference would come down to clinical skill. In most cases, it did not.
The real difference was often found outside the consultation room, in communication, patient experience, visibility, team behaviour, follow-up and the systems surrounding the doctor.
I spent the next several years trying to understand what the difference actually was. Turns out it was three things: patient experience, patient reach, and process mastery.
Eventually I put it all in a book, The Medical Marvel, because nobody had written this down properly for Indian doctors, and too many of them were paying for the gap with their careers.
This platform is the next step.
